Do you hold events in all weather conditions?
Don’t worry! Our events are very successful, even in rainy conditions. If there is severe weather, we can either delay as long as possible, reschedule, or cancel. For light to moderate rain, we can still perform the events.
Do you offer rides in the fire truck?
We do not offer rides, as our customers’ safety is our top priority.
What do you do at events?
We can customize your event to suit your needs. Participants can explore the fire truck and spray the fire hose. We can demonstrate equipment on the truck, offer a fire safety talk, and other exciting activities. Please call and we can customize an event to suit your needs.
We bring the truck to your event with the lights and sirens turned on, which creates excitement before the party even begins. Once we are parked, we open all the doors for everyone to explore. Participants can look in the front, the back, and on top of the hose bed — nothing is off limits! Then we bring the hose out, so participants can try spraying the hose, which is attached to our 500 gallon tank. Don’t worry, the water pressure is lowered to an appropriate level for children!
How long are your events?
For children’s parties, we usually recommend our Four Alarm Party Package which is 45 minutes. That is typically the most appropriate length of time for children ages 2-10. For company picnics, events, and parties, we usually recommend 1.5 hours or more, but you can certainly call and customize your event to fit your needs.
Can I hold my event in a public place?
We usually find it is not an issue. Local parks have never been an issue for us. We have also held events at restaurants, day care centers, etc. If you are not sure whether the location is appropriate, please feel free to ask us at the time of booking, or call the event venue for approval or further questions.
Where do you park?
We can park in front of your home/business, or wherever there is sufficient space. We do not recommend parking in most residential driveways. If you are in doubt, please discuss your concerns when booking.
How far in advance should I book my event?
Please book your event as soon as possible. Summer weekends are the most popular days, and we’d like to be sure we can accommodate your request. We book events on a first come, first served basis (with deposit), so call today to verify our availability.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit of 50% of the base price of any package quoted at the time of booking. Additional children, mileage, or add-ons will be included in the final invoice.
Payment in full of the final invoice is due 3 business days before the event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, please allow 72 hours notice for a 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice we cannot offer you any refund. We are happy to reschedule you for a different date, if necessary.
